Pride of the Greater Lehigh Valley (Pride GLV) traces it's roots back to 1983, where after attending the Civil Rights March in Washington, D.C., a small group of residents were inspired with a vision to share with the Lehigh Valley. This group of pride pioneers recognized the need to provide a much needed positive and welcoming atmosphere for the Lehigh Valley gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and intersex community (GLBTI).

Since that time, Pride GLV has not only grown as an organization, but has seen it's premiere event 'Pride in th e Park' reach new heights each year. 

The key to the success of Pride GLV has been the support of our partners from the community, individual leaders and volunteers, and our business sponsors, vendors and advertisiers. The same group who are vital to our future success. We encourage you to learn more about us and get involved.
