Pride of the Greater Lehigh Valley is run by an all-volunteer Board of Directors.
Long-term planning for Pride of the Greater Lehigh Valley is done by our Board of Directors which is also responsible for the financial and legal standing of the organization as well as the planning and promotion of the annual events, programs and other activities.
The Board of Directors hold monthly meetings the 4th Thursday of each month at the office located at 1101 W. Hamilton Street in downtown Allentown. Meetings begin at 7:00pm. See calendar for dates. All members of the community are welcome and encouraged to attend these monthly meetings.

Shawn Bausher, President

Shawn Bausher is a Physician Assistant with Lehigh Valley Health Network. He has a bachelor degree from Albright College and Master degrees from University of Pennsylvania and DeSales University. He is on the Alumni Board of Directors for Albright College. In addition to being a certified physician assistant, he is also a licensed social worker.

Lauren Gibson, Vice President

Lauren Gibson is a case manager at Lehigh Valley Health Network and has been involved with the Pride of the Greater Lehigh Valley Board of Directors for one year. A recent Lehigh Valley transplant, Lauren strives to bring her passion for community awareness and promotion of civil rights to the area. She is a graduate of Wheelock College and Johns Hopkins University.

Carol Chadwick, Secretary

Carol Chadwick has been employed at Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Hospital for 20+ years and is currently the Patient Representative in the Care Management Department. She has been volunteering for Pride of the Greater Lehigh Valley for 10 years and is currently serving as Secretary on the Board of Directors. Carol is also the proud mom of 2 gay sons.

Mark B. Stanziola, Esquire, Treasurer

Mark joined the Pride of the Greater Lehigh Valley Board in 2010 after years of volunteering and has been Treasurer since. Mark is a practicing attorney in the Lehigh Valley and devotes a substantial portion of his practice to representation of the LGBT Community. Mark resides in Macungie with his partner Nate Harrison, a pediatric case manager at Lehigh Valley Health Network. |

With two decades in the real estate industry, Rob Hopkins currently works in property valuation for Lehigh County. A founding member of Pride of the Greater Lehigh Valley, he returned to the organization in 2005 and has served as Vice-President and Treasurer. He has been active in many LGBT organizations throughout the state.

Paige Keeter

Paige Keeter has been serving on the Pride of the Greater Lehigh Valley Board of Directors for four years. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and works at KidsPeace as the Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis Coordinator for PA residential, education, hospital and community programs. Paige also works as a counselor at the Valley Youth House shelter on the weekends. Paige joined the Pride board as a way to play an active role in the LGBT community and as a way to be an openly gay member of the Lehigh Valley community she lives and works in.
