Pride of the Greater Lehigh Valley's Non-Discrimination Policy

In all of its activities, efforts, policies and in the composition of committees, Pride of the Greater Lehigh Valley, shall have as a central aspiration the achievement of gender and racial parity through active recruitment. Pride of the Greater Lehigh valley shall not discriminate with regard to age, race, sex, creed, national or cultural origin, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical ability, health status, veteran status and marital status.


Pride of the Greater Lehigh Valley Press Policy
In order to ensure the right of privacy to be enjoyed by all that attend any and all Pride of the Greater Lehigh Valley sponsored events and functions, it shall be the policy of the Board of Directors to work with the media in the following manner:
  • To send press releases to media representatives within one month of any Pride of the Greater Lehigh Valley sponsored event.
  • To refer all questions and requests to the Pride of the Greater Lehigh Valley spokesperson as designated by the standard operating procedures or, in lieu thereof, the Board of Directors.
  • To request that the media refrain from using still cameras of any type of video photography unless they have the written or verbal consent of the intended photographic subjects.

Print and other news journalists are welcome and encouraged to attend, cover and provide visibility for Pride of the Greater Lehigh Valley in the community.
